I am now offering faith-based mindset coaching. After losing my mother to cancer at a young age and living in San Diego for 5 years, I was introduced to the self-development world and this industry changed my life. I invested in 5 years of counseling, workshops and coaching to navigate my grief and become the best version of myself. I was lucky that I found a faith-based coach by accident. 

 

While living in San Diego I received certifications from Hive Global Leadership, Tony Robbins, Landmark and more. I also completed a 400-hour Yoga Teacher certification which transformed my mindset as well. I recently completed my Professional Life-Coaching certification in order to properly offer our community this service. 

 

Coaching has helped my life tremendously. Having a strong female Christian coach/mentor has been a guidance for me in absence of my mother. I have learned about myself, how to take accountability for my life, have better relationships with friends/family/colleagues, create healthy boundaries, set goals, and more. To be honest sometimes it's healthy to hire a professional to vent to as friends/family cannot always give their undivided attention for an hour.

 

Because this has impacted me so much, I am starting a small coaching virtual business to help women and men in our community. My areas of experience are greif, relationships and wellness.
