Update: After blogging about Humble Design in 2015 (below), I learned that the CEOs were moving to San Diego at the same time as me. I reached out to them and they hired me to help expand Humble Design to San Diego. The past 1.5 years I have been working for Humble Design, currently as the Development Director. We are currently a staff of 6 and will furnish 50 homes in 2019!
After studying design in Detroit it was only appropriate that I bring attention to Humble Design. Humble Design is a non-profit charity co-founded by a friend of mine, Treger Strasberg.
