Selena Gomez Met Gala Makeup Inspo

Rose might be the new Black, when it comes to Smokey eyes! I had no intention of posting this look when my friend Ashley Hanna (we call her Smash) asked me to be her model for her make-up class. I’ve been telling her “no” for weeks, as I can be a little shy, but this day I was feeling spontaneous :). Ashley and I discussed that we’ve been loving the new trend of red and pink hues for eye-shadow, which Selena Gomez flaunted at the recent Met Gala. I usually wear a darker eye as I feel it compliments me better, but this colored eye-shadow was so fun! We blended hues of brown, red, coral, and pink to get this fiery sunset look. She paired the "sunset" eye with with black winged liner, bold lashes, and an over-lined lip.
